Kora Link Pay provides digital wallet, payment, collection, payout, invoicing, QR payment, bill payment and card-management technology. Some regulated services may be delivered through approved financial institutions, payment processors, card issuers or other licensed partners. Availability depends on your market, account status and the providers connected to the platform.
You must provide accurate information, keep your contact details current and complete any identity, business or risk checks required for the services you use. We may request additional information where needed to meet security, fraud-prevention, partner or legal requirements.
You are responsible for safeguarding your password, verification codes and devices. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may require additional verification before allowing sensitive actions such as payouts, card operations or account changes.
When you submit a payment instruction, you authorize Kora Link Pay to process it through the selected wallet, gateway, bank, mobile-money, card or payout rail. A transaction may remain pending while a provider confirms it. Completed transactions may be subject to reversal, refund, dispute or chargeback rules imposed by the relevant payment network or provider.
Applicable fees, limits and exchange rates are shown before or during the transaction flow where the platform supports them. Provider fees and foreign-exchange rates may vary by payment method, destination, currency and account profile.
Virtual cards are issued and serviced by connected issuing partners. Card network, currency, limits, verification requirements and availability are determined by the active issuer program. Cardholders must use cards only for lawful transactions and in accordance with issuer and payment-network rules.
You may not use Kora Link Pay for unlawful activity, fraud, sanctions evasion, unauthorized financial services, prohibited goods or services, abuse of payment networks, or any activity that exposes Kora Link Pay or its partners to unacceptable legal, financial or security risk.
Payment services depend on external networks and providers. We work to maintain reliable access, but a bank, gateway, card network, mobile-money operator or other provider may delay, reject or interrupt a transaction. We may temporarily restrict a feature where necessary for security, maintenance, compliance or provider requirements.
If you believe a transaction is incorrect or unauthorized, contact support promptly and provide the transaction reference and relevant details. Resolution time depends on the type of transaction and the rules of the provider or payment network involved.
We may update these Terms as services evolve. The version presented through the platform applies from its stated effective date. The laws and dispute forum applicable to you are those of the Kora Link Pay contracting entity and any mandatory consumer or financial-services rules that apply in your market.
